How We Operate
A streamlined pipeline from Japanese auction floor to your destination port.
Every vehicle that passes through Kansai Group begins its journey at one of Japan's licensed auto auctions, where our buying team evaluates condition reports, auction sheets, and photos before placing a bid on your behalf.
Once secured, vehicles move to our own inspection and storage yard, where they are cleaned, photographed, and checked again against the original auction sheet to confirm accuracy before export documentation begins.
Our in-house logistics team then coordinates RoRo or container loading depending on the vehicle type and destination, working directly with shipping lines to lock in the most efficient route and sailing schedule.
Throughout the process, our export documentation specialists prepare every certificate, invoice, and bill of lading required by your country's customs authority, so your vehicle clears port without unnecessary delay.
Licensed access to Japan's major auto auction networks gives us first look at vehicles as they're listed, with real-time bidding across every major auction house.
Vehicles are held at our own secure yard for cleaning, photo documentation, and a final condition check before they're cleared for shipment.
From RoRo booking to container loading and customs paperwork, our logistics team manages the entire export process door to port.
